ABOUT US

Our Twelve Cultural Characteristics

“…but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”

1Timothy 4:12

Our Zoe Culture defines “the way in which we do things.” It is reflected on our collective vision. Our Culture determines how people respond to our Zoe vision and its leadership. The words we use and the way we use them define our Zoe Culture, which is like the air all around us, giving shape to every moment of every day. In our Zoe Culture, the most valuable factor is the people. The spiritual leaders show the path to follow, but invite significant participation from all the people on every level of the organization. Trust in our Zoe Culture is the glue that keeps the organization united and gives it the necessary strength to stand out. Our Culture is the platform for the construction of a strong church. It is the fertile territory for greater creativity and passion for excellence in scope and achievements.

Culture is a way of life based on a set of values, beliefs and philosophies. In Zoe, our culture permeates our entire organization – every person, every form or nature, every day. “The Zoe Way” makes a difference, defines and distinguishes us, and is our sustainable advantage. It is our experience with each other, with our valued visitors and potential members, and with everyone who is somehow connected with us.

…They replied, “Let us start rebuilding” So they began this good work.

Nehemiah 2:1

Our culture is dynamic. The values, beliefs and philosophies (and therefore our behavior and practices) will develop in number and significance as we grow and continually evaluate our vision, mission and strategies.

Our culture will make possible the edification and sustainable multiplication in the House of God. Therefore, our actual cultural state compared with the culture in our Vision will differ in various ways, attitudes and results. This is why we recognize something infallible and completely necessary in our desire to represent our Vision: as well as achieving sustainable and spectacular results, we recognize our need and requirement to change.

In Zoe we are effective and consistent in each of the following culture points:

  1. Leadership
  2.  Evangelism
  3. New Man vs. Old Man
  4. Relationship with God
  5. Spiritual Warfare
  6. Discipline
  7. Relation with the Holy Spirit
  8. The work in the Government
  9. Armor of God
  10. Personal Development
  11. New Birth
  12. Inspection

At Zoe, we understand the need to live out what we have learned and not simply talk about it. Our culture does not push us to live this way; instead, it draws us to follow the calling God in our lives.

At Zoe, we have decided to put into practice the Word of God as well as the Purpose, Vision, Mission, Seven Principles, as well as to completely walk in our Cultural Characteristics and put into practice our Six Core Capabilities.
